    Desk chair or exercise ball? It's quite the predicament ;) This is another one of those subjective answers, which is, it depends on your personal preference.

    If your question is more along the lines of "is a desk chair or exercise ball better for my health?", then the answer will change a bit, but it will still be subjective depending on who you ask. So, let's break each down a bit to make this post a little more helpful.

    What's not to love about an exercise ball? They're fun to sit on and can help you stay in a constant state of active sitting while you work, which can be good for your overall health. Even though they are fun to sit on and can help the day go by faster, they also have drawbacks when used on a consistent basis in an office environment.
